Creating a match

The team on the left side of the bracket (Team 01) in the match details screen on the platform must create the game lobby and add their opponents to the lobby.

Please make sure to have enough room on your friend's list before the matches start. This is so that you can add your opponents in-game.

Before creating the match, make sure that the in-game names match those indicated on the Match Details page on Member's Hub Gaming.

Add your teammates and rivals to the friend list that appears on the right side of the top menu. Click on the add icon.

Search for the player Name#tag and add them.

To accept an invite, go to “Friends” and click on the notification. Then, accept your opponent’s invite.

Once everyone is added, the host team must create the custom match. This must be created in Custom Mode. Click on "Play" and then select "Custom"

Within Custom Mode, you must select "Draft Pick".

Invite your opponent and team members to the match by tapping their names at the left side of the screen. Your opponent must add their team members to the same lobby.

Then, click on “Start Game” to start the match.

Results Upload

At the end of the match, both team captains need to take a screenshot of the results screen of the match. Please make sure it contains the scores and the names of all the players in the match. You can get this screen at the end of the game or in your match history on your profile. Upload the screenshot to the match details page, and enter the number of scores for both you and your opponent. Both teams need to submit results, whether you win or lose.

Final result

Team captains have 10 minutes after the end of the match to upload their scores. If no team uploads results up to one hour after the match start time, or if the result of both teams does not match, the event administrator will take appropriate action.

It is mandatory to upload evidence of victory. If an administrator needs them, you will have to send them to support, and not sending them will result in automatic defeat.

You should never accept to play a challenge if you are unsure about compliance with the rules. If you accept the challenge, you assume your final result.

Common questions

Q: 10 minutes have passed and my opponent has not appeared. What should I do?

A: Take a screenshot, upload it at the Wild Rift event chat on Discord and talk to @Support. An event administrator will be responsible for checking it and posting the result.

Q: There was a problem and I think my opponent is cheating. What can I do?

A: First, review the rules to see if the problem is covered in them. If it’s not, you should talk to the support in Discord #Support channel, explain the problem, and present as much evidence as possible. Remember that false evidence will result in a penalty and that if you accept or continue a match despite an opponent's mistake/cheat, you will be accepting the result of that and will not be able to claim.

Q: Don't agree with the result. What can I do?

A: Admins decisions are final. If there is a dispute and the admin staff has announced a decision, the rules will be followed and actions taken. Please know that we will always have the community's best interest in mind. In order for events to run smoothly, there are hard decisions that need to be made, and oftentimes rules will need to be strictly followed. Kindly respect the admin decisions and refrain from challenging the final decision during the event, so that the rest of the community are not impacted.

Q: My opponent's game account does not match the one on the page. What should I do to report this?

A: Send a message to @support in the Wild Rift event chat in Discord with images showing that your rival is trying to play with another game account.

Q: I can’t submit my result. What can I do?

A: Send a message to @support in the Wild Rift event chat in Discord with a screenshot that shows the victory and has as proof in case of conflict.
