Creating a match

The team on the left side of the bracket (Team 01) in the match details screen on the platform must create the game lobby and add their opponents to the lobby. Please make sure to have enough room on your friend's list before the matches start. This is so that you can add your opponents in-game.

Add your opponent as a friend within Valorant. To do this, select the Add Friend button and add your opponent using their Riot ID and Tag. You can find their Riot ID and Tag on the platform right below their names.

The team on the left of the match details screen is also responsible for creating the game and inviting the opponent. Create a custom game and invite your opponents to the game.

To invite your opponent, right-click your opponent's name in the friend’s list and click on the "Invite" button.

Event Method

The following lobby settings apply:

  • Game Mode: 5 V 5

  • Cheats: Off

  • Tournament Mode: On

  • OverTime win by two: Off

  • Observers: Coaches Only

  • Party Status: Closed

  • Maps: Ascent - Split - Haven - Fracture - Peal - Icebox - Lotus

  • Server: Paris 1

If you would like to have a coach on your match, please inform the admins on the Discord prior to tournament starting time. The official map pool includes all the available maps in the game.

It is recommended to configure the group as "closed" to prevent someone other than the player from entering the room.

The team invited to the game must verify that their opponent has configured the game as indicated; otherwise, you must leave the room and notify your opponent so that you can set up the game correctly. Inside the custom game room, you can view the game's configuration to verify that it is correct. If it is not configured correctly, it is recommended to take a screenshot. If you accept a game that does not meet the conditions indicated, you are accepting the result of the match.

The veto process must be handled by team captains on the match chat within the game once the match room is created. Any problem with the veto process should be brought to the tournament admins on Member's Hub Discord .

Tournament stages:

  • The Team with the highest seed is the player whose name is on the left side of the lobby or whose name is on top in the bracket.

At the beginning of the tournament (Best of 1):

  • The Team with the highest seed can choose the side he wants, and if unsure, they can ask the admin.

Starting from the round of 16 (Best of 3):

  • Any team on the upper or left side of the bracket is considered Team A, while teams on the lower or right side of the bracket are considered Team B, due to the random distribution of team positions.

  • Team A bans two maps from the 7 available maps.

  • Team B bans two maps from the remaining 5 maps.

  • Team A chooses the map for the first match, and Team B chooses the side.

  • Team B chooses the map for the second match, and Team A chooses the side.

  • The third match map will be the remaining map, and the side will be determined by the admin through Coin Toss

At the end of the match, take a screenshot of the results screen of the match. Please make sure it contains the scores and the names of all the players in the match. You can get this screen at the end of the game or in your game history.

All screenshots sent as evidence must be full screen.

Final result

The team captains of the match must upload a screenshot on the match details page that shows the names of all the players. This image can be obtained at the end of the game or in game history.

Team captains have 10 minutes after the end of the match to upload their scores. If no team upload results up to one hour after the match start time, or if the result of both teams does not match, the event administrator will take appropriate action.

It is mandatory to upload evidence of victory. If an administrator needs them, you will have to send them to support, and not sending them will result in automatic defeat. You should never accept to play a challenge if you are unsure about compliance with the rules. If you accept the challenge, you assume your final result.

A: Yes, all agents and weapons in the game are allowed.

Kindly respect the admin decisions and refrain from challenging the final decision during the event, so that the rest of the community are not impacted.
