General Rules:

Please make sure to read and understand all the rules written below:

  1. The tournament will be played online from start to finish.

  2. Registration is for free.

  3. Proof of identity may be requested from any entrant during the tournament.

  4. Communications will be done on Discord.

  5. A maximum of 10 minutes waiting time is allowed per player.

  6. The applicant must meet all the required conditions, otherwise he will be rejected.

  7. Players are responsible for keeping up with the website and Discord updates related to the tournament.

  8. All players are responsible for bringing their own accounts to participate in tournaments.

  9. Match Duration: Until the winner is determined.

  10. Registration closes when registration period is over or the maximum number of participants is reached.

  11. All players need to be registered on Arena Esports website.

  12. All players must follow the match times that will be announced on Discord.

  13. No changes are allowed to be done on the account’s names after the tournament starts.

  14. If players played their match without the admin's approval the match will be restarted.

  15. Every player is responsible for their internet connection, as no matches will be delayed because of it.

  16. Players who are qualified for the finals should not start their match without admin's approval.


Game settings:

  • Game Mode: Death Match - 1v1

  • Cheats: Off

  • Tournament Mode: On

  • Overtime win by two: Off

  • Observers: Allowed for Tournament Staff or official casters only

  • Party Status: Closed

  • Map: Ascent

  • Site: Mid (No Camp)

  • Server: Frankfurt

  • Players Must Shoot to Reveal Their Location


Banned Weapons:

  1. Odin


Tournament stages:

  • The player who has the highest Seed is the player whose name is on the left side in the lobby or above in the bracket.

  • The start of the tournament: (Best of 1)

  • The Grand Final: (Best of 3)


How to Play the Match:

The player with the highest Seed sends a friend request to their opponent, then invites them to the match.

  • In the event that the opponent does not attend the match at the time, you wait for him for 10 minutes, and if he does not appear after that, you take a screenshot and send it to the Discord server of the tournament.

  • Both players must play in the designated area in the game's settings on the map, and playing in any other location is not allowed.

  • In the event that the opponent cheated, you inform the admin by sending them the evidence on the Discord server of the tournament.

  • After finishing the match, you must take a screenshot of the result and send it to the Discord server of the tournament in the channel designated for that.


Breaking Rules:

  • If a player is suspected of cheating, the opponent must report it to the organizer immediately for the appropriate decision to be made.

  • Reporting a player without conclusive evidence will not be considered or acted upon by the Admins.

  • Players may be instructed to change their name in the instance it was inappropriate.

  • In case a problem happens and the admin instructs the team to continue the match, team must comply with the admin

Carrying out one of these violations may result in penalties up to disqualification from the tournament:

  1. Using any form of cheats.

  2. Players must be respectful of each other.

  3. Using a different account than the one linked in the website.

  4. Leaving the game without a valid reason.

  5. Using a different setting than what was stated by the admins.

  6. Not complying with the admin’s decisions.

  7. Having an inappropriate name or picture on the website.

  8. Letting a player win intentionally.

  9. Not having any sportsmanship while interacting with other players and admins.

  10. Abusive use of any in game bugs.

  11. Usage of inappropriate language.

  12. Not registering their information correctly.


Rule Changes:

  • The tournament organizers have the right to change the rules of the tournament at any time, as well as changing the times and dates of the matches specified in the schedule.

  • Some changes may be due to game updates or software changes.

  • Reviewing rules of the tournament and following up on changes is the responsibility of the players.

  • All participants must read and agree to the tournament rules to ensure equal opportunities and fair play.


Communications:

  • The communication between the admins and the players will be on Discord during the tournament.

  • Admins will not respond to any private messages.

  • For information about the tournament or to report any problems is done via Discord.
