Creating a match
The player name must be exactly the same on the Match details page and in the game client. If they do not fully match, send a message to @Staff in the Rainbow Six Siege event chat on Discord with images showing that your rival is trying to play with another game account.
Please make sure to have enough room on your friend's list before the matches start. This is so that you can add your opponents in-game.
The team on the left side of the bracket (Team 01) in the match details screen on the platform must create the game lobby and add their opponents to the lobby.
To send the friend request to an opponent, open the “Social” window in Ubisoft Connect app.
Click on the "Add a Friend" button to open a new window, and add your adversary to your friend list
How to setup the match
After adding your opponents as friends, the custom match must be created.

Results Upload
At the end of the match, both teams need to take a screenshot of the results screen of the match. Please make sure it contains the scores and the names of all the players in the match. You need to get this screen at the end of the game.
Make sure to include the full image including the players' names.
Use the Windows Snipping Tool and save the image on your computer.
Final result
The players must upload a screenshot to score, in which the names of all players are visible. Players also have to input their scores into the Score field on the platform.
Players have 10 minutes after the end of the match to upload their scores. If no team uploads results up to one hour after the match start time, or if the result of both players does not match, the event administrator will take appropriate action.
It is mandatory to upload evidence of victory. If an administrator needs them, you will have to send them to support, and not sending them will result in automatic defeat. You should never accept a challenge if you are unsure about compliance with the rules. If you accept the challenge, you assume your final result.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: 10 minutes have passed and my opponent has not appeared. What should I do?
A: Take a screenshot, upload it in the event chat on Discord and talk to @Staff. An event administrator will be responsible for checking it and posting the result.
Q: There was a problem and I think my opponent is cheating. What can I do?
A: First, review the rules to see if the problem is covered in them. If it’s not, you should talk to the Staff in Discord event channel, explain the problem, and present as much evidence as possible. Remember that false evidence will result in a penalty and that if you accept or continue a match despite an opponent's mistake/cheat, you will be accepting the result of that and will not be able to claim.
Q: Don't agree with the result. What can I do?
A: Admins' decisions are final. If there is a dispute and the admin staff has announced a decision, the rules will be followed and actions taken. Please know that we will always have the community's best interest in mind. In order for events to run smoothly, there are hard decisions that need to be made, and oftentimes rules will need to be strictly followed. Kindly respect the admin decisions and refrain from challenging the final decision during the event, so that the rest of the community are not impacted.
Q: My opponent's game account does not match the one on the page. What should I do to report this?
A: Send a message to @Staff in the event chat in Discord with images showing that your rival is trying to play with another game account.
Q: I can’t submit my result. What can I do?
A: Send a message to @Staff in the event chat in Discord with a screenshot that shows the victory and has proof in case of conflict.
