General Rules:

Please make sure to read and understand all the rules written below:

  1. The tournament will be played online from start to finish.

  2. Registration is for free.

  3. Every PUBG account must be at least level 60 to be able to participate.

  4. Proof of identity may be requested from any entrant during the tournament.

  5. Every Discord account must be at least 6 months old to be able to participate.

  6. Communications will be done on Discord.

  7. A maximum of 10 minutes waiting time is allowed per player.

  8. The applicant must meet all the required conditions, otherwise he will be rejected.

  9. Players are responsible for keeping up with the website and Discord updates related to the tournament.

  10. All players are responsible for bringing their own accounts to participate in tournaments.

  11. Match duration: Until a winner is determined.

  12. Registration closes when registration period is over or the maximum number of participants is reached.

  13. All players need to be registered on Arena Esports website.

  14. All players must follow the match times that will be announced on Discord.

  15. No changes are allowed to be done on the account’s names after the tournament starts.

  16. Every player is responsible for their internet connection, as no matches will be delayed because of it.

  17. The tournament is for mobile players only and no emulator or iPad or Tablet players will be allowed to compete.


Tournament Settings:

  • Match Type: Solo

  • Mode: TTP

  • Maps: Erangle

  • GameMode: Custom Lobby

  • Server: EU

  • All players participating in the tournament are required to record their match. Not being able to present the recording when asked by the admins will result in disqualification from the tournament.

  • Any player that has a hidden or empty name inside of PUBG will be kicked from the room.

  • All players are required to record their screen fully from opening the game until the game finishes

Recording method:

  1. Open the recording

  2. Go to the official store (APP STORE- PLAY STORE)

  3. Open the game from the official store

  4. Enter the Room and wait for the start

  5. After the room is over, close the record

  • All players qualified for the finals are required to record themselves while playing in the grand finals [Handcam]. any player in the finals fails to present their [Handcam] recording will be disqualified.


Tournament Structure:

  • The lobby will be played twice. Each time we will have 3 winners.

  • The winner must provide their recording of the match within 24 hours or they will be disqualified.


How to get the Lobby ID and Password:

  • To get the lobby’s ID and password go to the tournament's channel on Discord.


Breaking Rules:

  1. If it is suspected that a player is using a method to cheat, the admins must be informed immediately with evidence so that the appropriate decision is taken.

  2. Reporting a player without conclusive evidence will not be considered or acted upon by the Admins.

  3. Players may be instructed to change their name in the instance it was inappropriate.

  4. In case a problem happens and the admin instructs the players to continue the match, players must comply with the admin

Carrying out one of these violations may result in the application of penalties up to disqualification from the tournament:

  1. Using any form of cheats.

  2. Players must be respectful of each other.

  3. Using a different account than the one linked in the website.

  4. Leaving the game without a valid reason.

  5. Using a different setting than what was stated by the admins.

  6. Not complying with the admin’s decisions.

  7. Having an inappropriate name or picture on the website.

  8. Any form of team-ups.

  9. Letting a player win intentionally.

  10. Not having any sportsmanship while interacting with other players and admins.

  11. Abusive use of any in game bugs.

  12. Not registering their information correctly.

  13. The usage of an inappropriate language in voice chat.


Rule Changes:

  • The tournament organizers have the right to change the rules of the tournament at any time, as well as changing the times and dates of the matches specified in the schedule.

  • Some changes may be due to game updates or software changes.

  • Reviewing the rules of the tournament and following up on changes is the responsibility of the players.

  • All participants must read and agree to the tournament rules to ensure equal opportunities and fair play.


Communications:

  • The communication between the admins and the players will be in Discord during the tournament.

  • Admins will not respond to any private messages.

  • For information about the tournament or to report any problems accompanied by proof is done via Discord.
