To join the room, click on “Select Mode”.

Next, click on “Custom” in the bottom right corner of the screen, then enter the Room ID provided by the Admin team on the PUBG Channel in the Member's Hub Discord .

After entering the room, you should be able to see a screen similar to the one shown below:

If you have successfully joined the lobby, you need to wait for everyone else to join and the admin team will start the match as soon as all players are ready.

Event Method

All players in the lobby will be competing against each other, either in Solo or Squads, depending on the tournament format.

The top 50% of the players of each round will move forward, the number of qualifying players will change as the tournament progresses.

Results upload

At the end of the match, all players are required to take a screenshot of the results screen of the match. Please make sure it contains the scores. You can get this screen at the end of the game. Additionally, make sure to enter the number of kills you have scored.

At the end of the match, click on “Detailed Statistics”:

Final result

The team captains must upload a screenshot to score on Discord, in which the names of all players are visible. Players also have to input their scores into the Score field on the platform.

Team captains have 10 minutes after the end of the match to upload their scores. If no team uploads results up to one hour after the match start time, or if the result of both teams does not match, the event administrator will take appropriate action.

It is mandatory to upload evidence of victory. If an administrator needs them, you will have to send them to support, and not sending them will result in automatic defeat. You should never accept to play a challenge if you are unsure about compliance with the rules. If you accept the challenge, you assume your final result.

Q: 10 minutes have passed and my opponent has not appeared. What should I do?

A: Take a screenshot, upload it on the Discord tournament channel and talk to @Staff. An event administrator will be responsible for checking it and posting the result.

Q: There was a problem and I think my opponent is cheating. What can I do?

A: First, review the rules to see if the problem is covered in them. If it’s not, you should talk to the @Staff on the Discord tournament channel, explain the problem, and present as much evidence as possible. Remember that false evidence will result in a penalty and that if you accept or continue a match despite an opponent's mistake/cheat, you will be accepting the result of that and will not be able to claim.

Q: Don't agree with the result. What can I do?

A: Admins' decisions are final. If there is a dispute and the admin staff has announced a decision, the rules will be followed and actions taken. Please know that we will always have the community's best interest in mind. In order for events to run smoothly, there are hard decisions that need to be made, and oftentimes rules will need to be strictly followed. Kindly respect the admin decisions and refrain from challenging the final decision during the event, so that the rest of the community are not impacted.

Q: My opponent's game account does not match the one on the page. What should I do to report this?

A: Send a message to @Staff on the Discord tournament channel with images showing that your rival is trying to play with another game account.

Q: I can’t submit my result. What can I do?

A: Send a message to @Staff on the Discord tournament channel with a screenshot that shows the victory and has as proof in case of conflict.
