Creating a match

The player's Summoner’s Name must be exactly the same on the match details page and in the game client. If they do not fully match, send a message to @Staff in the League of Legends event chat in Discord with screenshots showing that your rival is trying to play with another game account.

Please make sure to have enough room on your friend list before the matches start so that you can add your opponents in-game.

The player on the left side of the bracket (Team 01) in the match details screen on the platform must create the game lobby and add their opponents to the lobby.

To send a friend request to an opponent, click on the "Add Friend" button from the right top side of your League of Legends menu:

To create the game, click on "Play", then "Create Custom Game", and select the “Howling abyss” map with the "Blind Pick" mode.

We strongly recommend that you enter a password for the lobby so that no one else can access it, select“Lobby Only” spectators, and click on Confirm.

You can now invite your opponent to the game.

To accept a Friend Request, you must access the Friend Requests section on the right of your home screen screen, then click on the check mark to add a player to your team.

In the event of an error in the runes or champion selection, the game will not be restarted.

Results Upload

At the end of the match, both teams need to take a screenshot of the result screen of the match. It's important that you make sure it contains the scores and the names of all the players in the match. You can get this screen at the end of the game or from your game match history. Here are some examples:

In order to do this, you must enable “Show summoner names” from your game settings.

Remember that in order to take a screenshot, you need to use the F12 key on your keyboard. The capture will be saved in the Captures folder on your computer.

Alternatively, you can use the Windows Snipping Tool and save the image on your computer.

Final result

Players must upload a screenshot of the score, in which the name of both the players are visible. Players also have to input their scores into the Score field on the platform. The victorious player needs to enter the score as 1 and the defeated player will enter theirs as 0.

Players have 10 minutes after the end of the match to upload their scores. If neither of the teams uploads results up to one hour after the match's start time, or if the results uploaded by both teams does not match, the event administrator will take appropriate action.

It is mandatory to upload evidence of victory. If an administrator needs them, you will have to send them to support, and not sending them will result in an automatic defeat. You should not accept to play a challenge if you are unsure about compliance with the rules. If you accept the challenge, you assume you will have no rights for future claims.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: 10 minutes have passed and my opponent has not showed up. What should I do?

A: Take a screenshot, upload it to the League of Legends event chat on Discord , and talk to @Staff. An event administrator will be responsible for checking it and posting the result.

Q: There was a problem and I think my opponent is cheating. What can I do?

A: First, review the rules to see if the problem is covered in them. If it’s not, you should talk to the Staff in the Discord #Support channel, explain the problem, and present as much evidence as possible. Remember that false evidence will result in a penalty and that if you accept or continue a match despite an opponent's mistake/cheat, you will be accepting the result of that match and will not be able to contest it afterwards.

Q: I don't agree with a result. What can I do?

A: Admins decisions are final. If there is a dispute the admins will follow the rules to come up with a decision and will take action based on that . Please know that we will always have the community's best interest in mind. In order for events to run smoothly, there are hard decisions that need to be made, and often times rules will need to be strictly followed. Kindly respect the staff decisions and refrain from challenging the final verdicts during the events, so that the rest of the community are not impacted.

Q: My opponent's game account does not match the one on the page. What should I do in this case?

A: Send a message to @Staff in the League of Legends chat in Discord with screenshots showing that your rival is trying to play with another game account.

Q: I can’t submit my result. What can I do?

A: Send a message to @Staff in the League of Legends chat in Discord with a screenshot that shows your match result as proof in case of conflict.
