Introduction
Member's Hub Discord server will be the main communication channel and any conflict related to the event will be handled there. Participants are required to be active in the Member's Hub Discord server during the tournament and make themselves known to League Ops during Check-In. Participants who fail to Check-In/be active in the Member's Hub Discord server during the tournament that they are registered in risk of being disqualified from the registered tournament
Players must invite their opponent in-game to set up their matches if needed.
Emulator (PC) play is banned in all mobile eSports events and will be punishable by disqualification from the event.
If the players are unable to connect to the lobby, they must contact event admins through Discord and report on what happened.
Players must begin playing for each match within 10 minutes or they may receive a match loss.
The match score must be reported by the team captains.
Team captains must report their score on the match details page within 10 minutes of the match finishing.
Players will report scores by uploading a screenshot of the result on the match details page.
If no team/player upload results up to 40 minutes after the match start time or if there is no clear way to decide the winner (screenshot and score don’t match from both sides), both teams/players will be disqualified from the event.
Event administrators have the authority to take the appropriate action.
Admins' decisions are final. If there is a dispute the admins will follow the rules to come up with a decision and will take action based on that.
Please know that we will always have the community's best interest in mind. In order for events to run smoothly, there are hard decisions that need to be made, and oftentimes rules will need to be strictly followed. Kindly respect the staff decisions and refrain from challenging the final verdicts during the events, so that the rest of the community is not impacted.
Disrespectful comments or actions against admins will result in a time-out on the Discord server or a permanent ban. Actions can be taken without prior warning and the Staff's decision is final. Please know that we are looking to create a friendly atmosphere for everyone in the community, including the admins. As much as we want to cater to everybody, oftentimes there are hard decisions that need to be made. This is all done with the best interest of the community in mind.
Admin staff will not answer messages to the DM. If you need help, please go through the proper Discord server channels for all the admins to see. Starting conversations with admins via DM will be ignored. This is so that the entire team can help you faster, as individual admins could operate on their own schedules.
In-game names need to be the same as the registered names.
Discord names need to be kept appropriate and respectful.
Every player should be ready for the match before walkover time. Walkover time will not be extended if a player isn’t going to be able to make it.
If a player is running late you can inform an admin in advance and a possible walkover time extension may be granted (Note: the extension time is limited) For general help on using the platform to play in these events, please refer to the platform knowledge base.
No 3rd party program or any trace of scripts is allowed. This includes personal map textures and player exploits. It will be considered a violation of the rules. 3rd Party communication software will be allowed as the only exception.
Any programs that directly interact with any game qualities, both audio and visually are forbidden. This also includes any modification to graphics drivers.
Players are responsible for their actions in regards to known maps or game bugs/exploits. Any Player or Team utilizing ANY exploit or bug in a map or game, unintentional or otherwise is breaking the rules.
It is extremely prohibited to play on a third-party account.
Disconnection
If a team suffers a disconnection in the first 60 seconds of a match, the match will be restarted. If they do not reconnect within 5 minutes the opposing team will be able to request a walkover.in the instance where 5 minutes have passed and the teams are still willing to play, both teams are required to agree to rematch.
Unfair play
The following actions will be considered unfair play:
The use of an emulator or any cheat program and/or map hack program.
Intentionally allowing an opponent to win a game.
Unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior such as inappropriate and/or unprofessional actions directed towards another player or tournament official.
The use of a game bug that is determined by the board of referees as being unfair.
Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, the offending player, at the sole discretion of the tournament director or a group of referees, may receive a warning, a forfeit loss, disqualified from the tournament.
During the course of the event, the tournament director or group of referees may determine other actions to embody unfair play.
Substitutions
Players must be on the team roster prior to tournament start (15 minutes before designated time)
Substitutions can only be done before or after a match is done and not during. The substitute player for the team must not be playing for any other team in the tournament.
Teams that consist of 4+ players are allowed to have a maximum of 2 substitute players per tournament, for teams that consist of 2 or 3 players - they are able to have a maximum of 1 player substitution per tournament if a substitution request is accepted, the possibility to substitute back the original player will not be allowed.
The team captain will have to choose before substituting on who will be receiving the prize, if no player is chosen, it will be defaulted to the original player.
Hate Speech
A member of a team shall not use obscene, foul language, vulgar language, insults, threats, abuse, slander, libel or behave in any way offensive or reprehensible, nor promote or incite hatred or discriminatory conduct at any time.
Harassment
Harassment is prohibited.
Harassment is defined as systematic, hostile, and repeated acts that occur during a considered period of time, which are intended to isolate a person and/or affect the dignity of the person.
Rule Changes
The Administrators reserve the right to modify the rules as needed. This includes changes due to software updates or releases, event organizer decisions, and all other changes deemed necessary to run a successful tournament.
Players are responsible to check the rules on a regular basis and prior to the event to ensure they are in complete compliance. Players must understand that the rules listed are guidelines to ensure fair and competitive play and are subject to interpretation by the administrators based on the spirit of the game.
Terms of Agreement
By signing up for the tournament, the team is fully in accordance with the rules and must comply with them as determined by the organization of the tournament, with no right to future claims.
